Joe Mad! is Back!

My favorite comic book artist of all time is now back in comics (after what a five year layoff or something?)! Joe Madureira is back and evidently going to be the main artist on the Ultimates. Posted to the left is one of his sketches of Thor for that comic (he is the [...]

PRODIGAL: The Story

Every Sunday morning through March 19th I am going to be teaching through the Story of the Prodigal Son out of Luke 15. This story along with two others makes up Jesus response to the Pharisee’s complaints about him eating and receiving publicans and prostitutes into his home, heart and life.
I believe that the [...]

While we’re on the subject…

While we’re on the subject of the internet, I need to vent here…
There are some who have talked negatively of my time on the internet. One person said, “Maybe you should cancel it and then we can see whether or not if your sermons will change”! Another person asked me “what is the [...]

Bye Bye to Cable

My cable internet is being canceled today. It’s just not in the budget anymore. So, I am going to be roaming the college and library to do all my internet stuff (which will be limited, but oh well). My posting may not (or may) be as regular as it once was. [...]
